Amends the Children and Family Services Act to require the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) to submit annual reports to the General Assembly on missing youth in care, beginning June 1, 2027

Reports must include the total number of youth classified as missing during the previous calendar year and how many were later located or recovered

For each missing youth, reports must detail age, gender, placement type prior to going missing, length of time in DCFS custody, date first classified as missing, and circumstances of the disappearance

DCFS must document all actions taken to locate missing youth, including records created and agencies notified (such as local law enforcement and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children)

All data collection and reporting must comply with State and federal privacy laws, with appropriate redactions
