Amends the Paid Leave for All Workers Act to exclude college and university students working less than 30 hours per week from the definition of "employee," unless they are participants in adult education and literacy programs

Excludes high school students under 18 years of age who work on a temporary or part-time basis from paid leave requirements

Maintains existing exclusions for students employed directly by their college or university on a temporary, less than full-time basis
