Requires the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, in consultation with the Department of Labor, to conduct a comprehensive study on protecting jobs at risk of loss due to artificial intelligence

Study must analyze AI's current and projected impact on Illinois labor markets, including effects on key industries, occupations, and required skill sets

Recommendations must address workforce development, educational system changes, legal regulations for ethical AI use, and strategies to support displaced workers

Department must solicit input from labor leaders, technology experts, industry leaders, and gig workers, with attention to disproportionately impacted communities

Final report due to the General Assembly and Governor by December 31, 2026, with the study provision repealing on December 31, 2027
