IL SB3006

Amends the Domestic Violence Fatality Review Act to change the Statewide Committee quorum requirement from a fixed 7 voting members to a simple majority of voting members.

Extends the deadline for the Statewide Committee's annual report from March 1 to September 1 of each year.

Extends the deadline for the biennial report from April 1 to June 1 of each odd-numbered year.
