Extends the estimated completion date for a Tax Increment Financing (TIF) redevelopment project in the Village of Lisle originally established by ordinance on March 2, 2015

Allows the retirement of obligations issued to finance the redevelopment project costs to extend beyond the standard 23-year timeframe

Amends Section 11-74.4-3.5 of the Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act within the Illinois Municipal Code
