Amends the Illinois School Code to allow school districts, public schools, charter schools, and nonpublic schools to authorize school nurses or trained personnel to administer undesignated ready-to-use glucagon to individuals experiencing severe hypoglycemia emergencies

Permits schools to provide undesignated ready-to-use glucagon to authorized personnel for administration to students who have a prescription on file and an Individual Health Care Action Plan, Section 504 plan, or individualized education program plan

Defines "undesignated ready-to-use glucagon" as FDA-approved glucagon rescue therapy prescribed to the school that does not require reconstitution, including prefilled or nasally administered forms

Extends existing liability protections to schools, employees, and prescribing medical professionals for good faith administration of glucagon, limiting liability only to cases of willful and wanton conduct

Requires conforming changes for training requirements, parental notification after administration, supply maintenance, and reporting of glucagon administration to the State Board of Education, General Assembly, and Department of Public Health
