Creates the Workplace Accountability in Labor Act, authorizing the Illinois Department of Labor to publish a public list on its website of persons or entities found in violation of state wage, benefit, or tax laws after a final order has been issued

Prohibits any person or entity placed on the list from contracting with public bodies (state agencies, political subdivisions, and state-created authorities) until all outstanding liabilities are resolved to the Director of Labor's satisfaction

Requires the Department to provide 15 business days' notice before posting a name to the list, including violation details, contact information, and notification of the right to request a hearing within 20 days

Mandates monthly updates to the list (by the 5th of each month) and removal of names within 15 days after full payment of liabilities or settlement completion

Covers violations of multiple laws including the Equal Pay Act of 2003, Prevailing Wage Act, Minimum Wage Law, Workers' Compensation Act, Unemployment Insurance Act, and Illinois Income Tax Act
