Repeals the Statewide Use of Force Standardization Act, the No Representation Without Population Act, and the Reporting of Deaths in Custody Act enacted under Public Acts 101-652, 102-28, and 102-1104.

Restores bail and bond amount reporting requirements for incarcerated individuals in arrest records available to news media and public within 72 hours of arrest.

Amends the Freedom of Information Act and State Records Act to reinstate provisions requiring disclosure of bail/bond amounts that were previously removed by criminal justice reform legislation.

Introduced by Sen. Neil Anderson on February 2, 2026, with immediate effective date upon passage.
