Authorizes the Comptroller to issue citations and impose fines up to $10,000 per violation against licensed crematories and cemeteries under the Crematory Regulation Act

Requires crematory authorities to perform cremations within 60 days of receiving human remains unless otherwise instructed, and to notify the Comptroller and coroner if unable to meet this deadline

Mandates that cemetery authorities implement standard operating procedures for all employees and establish medical waste management plans

Upon license revocation or suspension, requires the county coroner or medical examiner to take possession of bodies and cremated remains within 72 hours if no authorized agent can be contacted

Allows circuit courts to order a willing unit of local government to take over abandoned private cemeteries that have accepted care funds when no receiver is available
