Expands the definition of "long term care facility" under the Abused and Neglected Long Term Care Facility Residents Reporting Act to include facilities licensed under the Assisted Living and Shared Housing Act, making them subject to mandated abuse and neglect reporting requirements.

Removes supportive living facilities from the definition of "domestic living situation" under the Adult Protective Services Act, shifting oversight of these facilities away from adult protective services jurisdiction.

Adds assisted living and shared housing establishments to the same regulatory framework that currently covers nursing homes, mental health facilities, and developmental disability facilities for abuse reporting purposes.

Maintains existing definitions of abuse (physical, sexual, or mental injury) and neglect (failure to provide adequate medical or personal care resulting in injury or deterioration) that would apply to the newly included facilities.
