Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code definition of "implement of husbandry" to raise the gross weight threshold for farm wagons, wagon trailers, and similar vehicles from 36,000 pounds to 80,000 pounds

Farm vehicles at or below the new 80,000-pound limit would qualify as implements of husbandry, which are typically exempt from certain vehicle registration and licensing requirements
