Mandates businesses provide at least 3 days' notice before any material contract changes, including price increases, with clear instructions on how to cancel

Requires a "one-step online cancellation" option for contracts entered into online, prohibiting additional steps that obstruct or delay immediate termination

Allows businesses to offer retention discounts or benefits when consumers request cancellation, but consumers must still be able to complete the cancellation

Prohibits charging consumers a higher price than originally disclosed without either obtaining consent to the increase or allowing cancellation within 7 days of the charge with a pro-rata refund
