Amends the Illinois Insurance Code by adding Section 143.35 to establish requirements for rental vehicle reimbursement coverage in automobile insurance policies

Requires insurers to guarantee policyholders a "comparable vehicle" (similar in size, model, interior, and utility class) when their insured vehicle is unavailable for repairs or replacement

Applies to all claims where the insured has elected rental vehicle reimbursement or loss of use coverage, regardless of whether the loss is due to routine maintenance or an at-fault crash

Defines "loss of use" as deprivation of a vehicle during the period reasonably required to complete repairs or replacement
