IL SB3323

Exempts testosterone, mifepristone, misoprostol, GnRH analogues, and estrogen from Illinois's Prescription Monitoring Program, which tracks Schedule II-V controlled substance prescriptions.

Requires the Department of Human Services to purge all existing records related to testosterone prescribing and dispensing from the Prescription Monitoring Program database by January 1, 2027.

Prohibits the creation or maintenance of any future records concerning testosterone prescriptions in the Prescription Monitoring Program.

Mandates the Department adopt updated rules consistent with these changes no later than January 1, 2027.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
