Allows health care professionals to fulfill their required one-hour implicit bias awareness training by completing a course on perimenopause and menopause, effective January 1, 2027

Defines "perimenopause" as the time from onset of menstrual cycle changes through one year post-menopause, and "menopause" as when ovaries stop producing estrogen and menstrual periods stop

Applies to licensed professionals under numerous practice acts including physicians, nurses, psychologists, dentists, pharmacists, physical therapists, physician assistants, and social workers

Amends the Department of Professional Regulation Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois (20 ILCS 2105/2105-15.7)
