Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963 and the Illinois Domestic Violence Act of 1986 to expand violations of orders of protection related to firearms

Creates a new criminal offense for any person who knowingly transfers firearms or firearm parts to a respondent under a surrender order, or otherwise allows the respondent access to firearms or firearm parts

Requires law enforcement agencies to take reasonable steps to notify the petitioner before appearing in court if seeking to correct or negate a warrant for seizure of the respondent's firearms and firearm parts

Applies to orders requiring respondents to surrender their firearms and firearm parts as part of domestic violence protection orders
