Creates the Immunity for Private Campgrounds Act, shielding private campground owners, employees, and officers from liability for injuries, deaths, or property damage resulting from inherent risks of camping

Defines "private campground" as any privately owned land with 5 or more campsites available for temporary recreational, camping, travel, or seasonal use, including RV parks

Specifies inherent camping risks to include natural features (trees, rocks, water, terrain), weather events, wildlife, insects, campfires, lack of lighting, and actions of other campers

Preserves liability for campground owners who act intentionally, with willful/wanton disregard for safety, fail to exercise ordinary care, or fail to post warning signs about known dangerous conditions

Requires warning signs for known hazards to have black letters on white background with minimum one-inch letter height, and mandates inclusion of warning notices in written contracts
