Amends the Criminal Code of 2012 (720 ILCS 5/24-1.9) regarding assault weapons, .50 caliber rifles, and .50 caliber cartridges

Requires Illinois State Police to immediately and permanently destroy all endorsement affidavits and collected information if the assault weapons provisions are found unconstitutional by a court with all appeals exhausted or expired

Mandates destruction of records held by both Illinois State Police and any law enforcement agency that possesses endorsement affidavit information
