Amends the Illinois Human Rights Act to require disclosure when artificial intelligence is used in real estate transactions, including sales, rentals, leases, brokering, or appraising of residential property.

Makes it a civil rights violation for financial institutions to fail to inform loan applicants if AI was used to process their application.

Requires credit card issuers to disclose upon request whether AI was used to process a credit card application.

Creates a civil rights violation for places of public accommodation (hotels, restaurants, stores, theaters, etc.) that fail to inform individuals if AI is used to determine their access to facilities, goods, or services.

Directs the Illinois Department of Human Rights to adopt rules for implementation and enforcement, including specifications on notice timing, circumstances requiring notice, and methods of providing notice.
