Authorizes the Director of Natural Resources to convey a 25-foot wide nonexclusive ingress/egress easement in Knox County to Nancy J. and Robert D. Moore, co-trustees of the Dean Moore Family Trust, for $1.00

The easement covers approximately 0.83 acres across portions of Section 13, Township 11 North, Range 3 East and Section 18, Township 11 North, Range 4 East of the 4th Principal Meridian

Requires a shared maintenance agreement between the Department of Natural Resources and the trust beneficiaries as a condition of the easement

The easement automatically terminates and reverts to the State if the shared maintenance agreement ceases to exist

The Director must obtain a certified copy within 60 days and record it in the Knox County Recorder's Office after the maintenance agreement is executed; effective immediately upon becoming law
