Amends the Illinois Code of Civil Procedure to create a new process for tenants in common who inherited real property through intestate succession to obtain full legal title to the exclusion of other co-owners

Petitioners must have held exclusive possession of the property for 7 consecutive years and paid all property taxes during that period

Requires filing a signed declaration of intent with the county recorder of deeds at least 2 years before commencing a legal action to acquire title

Mandates notice to other ownership interest holders via certified mail, first-class mail, email, and text message, plus publication in a local newspaper of general circulation

Allows other co-owners to file an objection with the recorder of deeds; if no objection is filed and the 7-year requirements are met, the petitioner may be adjudged the sole legal owner
