Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code (305 ILCS 5/12-9) to add a new permitted disbursement category from the Public Aid Recoveries Trust Fund

Authorizes payment of contingency fees to third-party entities that the Office of Inspector General contracts to conduct audits under Section 12-4.25 or Section 12-4.40 of the Code

Extends contingency fee authorization to cover any similar audits required by State or federal law

Creates this as a separate disbursement category (item 8) distinct from existing administrative expenses and collection fee payments
