Creates the Weather Radar Interference Mitigation Act to address wind turbine interference with National Weather Service radar stations during severe weather events

Requires wind turbine operators to pause turbines located within 40 miles of a weather radar station whenever inclement weather alerts are issued, including winter storm warnings, blizzard warnings, severe thunderstorm warnings, and tornado warnings

Beginning August 1, 2027, prohibits construction of any wind turbine within 7 miles of a National Weather Service radar station, or turbines taller than 60 meters within 10 miles of such stations

Violations after a written warning from the county State's Attorney constitute a business offense with fines between $1,000 and $5,000

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
