Authorizes the State Board of Education to provide statewide guidance to school districts on workforce development curriculum covering artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and other rapidly growing technologies.

Curriculum guidance may be adopted at the district, school, or classroom level and must focus on preparing students for future workforce competencies and informing them of career opportunities in technology fields.

Requires the State Board to conduct a comprehensive review of technology-focused workforce development curricula implemented or considered in other states, including pilot programs and school-based initiatives.

Allows the State Superintendent to convene stakeholder meetings with public and private sector representatives, including employers, business organizations, and educational entities, during guidance development.

Permits public comment submission before finalizing guidance, with all submitted materials to be published electronically; implementation is subject to appropriation.
