Defines "one-step online cancellation" as a method that cannot include additional steps that obstruct or delay immediate termination of the contract

Prohibits charging consumers after a price increase unless the business either obtains consent beforehand or allows cancellation within 7 days of the charge with a pro-rata refund

Requires entities offering online automatic renewals, continuous services, or free trials to provide a hyperlink for one-step online cancellation or, for non-online signups, a physical location or toll-free number for cancellation
