Extends the Live Theater Production Tax Credit sunset date from January 1, 2027 to January 1, 2039

Tightens pre-Broadway production eligibility requirements by requiring a scheduled Broadway presentation within 18 months of the Illinois showing, replacing the previous "goal of having" language

Allows unused credits from long-run and pre-Broadway productions to transfer to commercial Broadway touring shows if less than $2,000,000 in credits are awarded for those categories in a fiscal year

Maintains the $6,000,000 annual cap on theater tax credits, with $2,000,000 allocated each to long-run/pre-Broadway productions, commercial Broadway touring shows, and non-profit theater productions
