Requires venue owners and ticket sales agents to report known bot violations to the Attorney General, including violation descriptions, information about violators, and prevention measures taken

Prohibits ticket resale marketplaces and resellers from using artists', teams', or venues' intellectual property or implying official affiliation without express written consent; requires venues and ticket issuers to disclose how many tickets are withheld from public sale
