All ticket sellers must display total all-in prices including all fees at the first point where prices are shown, with no hidden charges added at checkout

Canceled events require full refunds of ticket price and all fees within 7 business days, with no vouchers or credits substituted without consumer consent

Exclusive venue ticketing contracts are limited to 5 years maximum, with publicly funded venues required to use competitive bidding for ticketing services

Primary ticket issuers must implement open APIs by January 1, 2028 to allow ticket validation across competing resale platforms, and use of automated ticket-purchasing bots is prohibited

Effective January 1, 2027, violations constitute unlawful practices under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act
