Extends the repeal date of the municipal hotel operators' tax in DuPage County from January 1, 2027 to January 1, 2029.

Extends the repeal date of the municipal hotel use tax in DuPage County from January 1, 2027 to January 1, 2029.

Applies to municipalities in DuPage County that belong to a certified local tourism and convention bureau recognized by the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity.

Maintains existing requirement that at least 75% of collected hotel tax revenues be spent on promoting tourism, conventions, and attracting nonresident overnight visitors.

Allows the remaining 25% of collected revenues to continue being used for economic development or capital infrastructure.
