Requires the Illinois Department of Revenue to notify the Liquor Control Commission when a retail alcoholic liquor licensee has their certificate of registration denied renewal or revoked after notice and hearing.

Mandates the Liquor Control Commission to inactivate the liquor license of any retail alcohol seller whose Department of Revenue certificate of registration has been denied renewal or revoked.

Creates a coordination mechanism between tax compliance enforcement and liquor licensing to prevent retailers with tax delinquencies from continuing to sell alcohol.

Amends both the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act and the Liquor Control Act of 1934 to establish this inter-agency notification process.

Effective July 1, 2026.
