Requires the Department of Public Health to establish rules mandating notification when health facilities cannot administer recommended vaccinations within established timeframes

Covered facilities must notify residents or their power of attorney/representative when vaccination delays occur

Applies to long-term care facilities, assisted living establishments, shared housing establishments, and supportive living facilities

Also covers ID/DD facilities, MC/DD facilities, community living facilities, community-integrated living arrangements, and Alzheimer's disease management centers

Amends the Department of Public Health Powers and Duties Law by adding Section 2310-631
