Election authorities with websites must publish an Internet Guide at least 45 days before general elections containing election dates, voter registration requirements, office descriptions, candidate names, and party affiliations for local races.

Expands the State Board of Elections' Internet Guide to include State Senator and State Representative positions alongside existing statewide and federal offices.

Allows candidates to submit an optional campaign finance attestation declaring they have not and will not accept contributions from corporate political action committees or corporations during the election.

Requires the Internet Guide to display whether each candidate submitted a campaign finance attestation or declined to do so.

Establishes review procedures for local election authorities to verify candidate photographs, statements, and campaign finance attestations comply with formatting requirements.
