Prohibits health insurance policies from imposing prior authorization or step therapy requirements on FDA-approved, guideline-supported menopause therapy prescribed by a qualified clinician for perimenopausal or menopausal symptoms

Requires physicians, advanced practice registered nurses, and physician assistants to complete up to 2 hours of continuing education per renewal cycle on perimenopause and menopause recognition and management

Continuing education must cover symptom patterns, differential diagnosis, appropriate use of laboratory testing, evidence-based treatment options, referral standards, and culturally competent care

Menopause education hours count toward existing continuing education requirements and do not increase total hours needed for license renewal
