Amends the Illinois Act on the Aging by adding Section 8.14 requiring the Department on Aging to provide updated scam call and robocall resources on its public website

Department must consult with the Office of the Attorney General in developing these resources

Resources must include information on predatory scam calls that utilize AI to mislead call recipients

Requires access to a scam call hotline number where recipients may report predatory calls
