Increases the penalty for concealment of death (non-homicidal) from a Class 4 felony to a Class 3 felony

Creates new offense for knowingly permitting concealment or disposal of a body on property under one's control with knowledge the person died by homicidal means

Creates new offense for knowingly permitting concealment or disposal of a body on property under one's control with intent to conceal information about the death circumstances or identity of persons with knowledge of the death

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
