Requires the Illinois Department of Insurance to create and maintain a public webpage with direct links to provider search directories for all regulated health insurance issuers

Health insurers must submit their provider directory URLs to the Department at least annually and report any changes within 30 days

The webpage must include links to in-network provider search tools, clear labeling with insurer names and contact information, and user instructions

Department must keep the webpage updated, user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and accessible

Insurers that fail to comply with reporting requirements may face penalties under Section 444 of the Illinois Insurance Code
