Extends the repeal date from January 1, 2027 to January 1, 2032 for seven professional licensing acts: Cemetery Oversight Act, Community Association Manager Licensing and Disciplinary Act, Detection of Deception Examiners Act, Home Inspector License Act, Real Estate Appraiser Licensing Act of 2002, Registered Interior Designers Act, and Landscape Architecture Registration Act.

Amends the Auction License Act to modify provisions on license requirements, renewal and restoration procedures, nonresident auctioneer reciprocity, and illegal discrimination, while repealing provisions concerning actions for compensation.

Exempts certain single-owner auction businesses from auction firm licensing requirements, including sole proprietorships, single-member LLCs, single-shareholder corporations, and entities co-owned solely with an unlicensed spouse.

Updates multiple professional licensing acts with changes to board composition, application requirements, renewal procedures, disciplinary grounds, and administrative processes across interior design, landscape architecture, community association management, polygraph examination, home inspection, and real estate appraisal professions.

Repeals bond requirements for registrants under the Appraisal Management Company Registration Act and makes various technical and conforming changes throughout the affected statutes, with immediate effective date.
