Amends the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Systems Act to consolidate and simplify stroke center terminology by replacing specific designations (Primary Stroke Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, Acute Stroke-Ready Hospital, Thrombectomy Capable/Ready Stroke Centers) with the unified term "Stroke Centers"

Requires hospitals to notify the Department of Public Health and Regional EMS Advisory Committee within 5 business days if they no longer meet stroke center standards, lose certification, or have any change to their designation level

Mandates the Department consult with the State Stroke Advisory Subcommittee when adopting or deleting approved stroke designation levels, with designations aligned to levels recognized by Department-approved certifying bodies

Requires the Department to establish reporting requirements for designated Stroke Centers using new or existing electronic reporting tools for statewide data collection and certification purposes

Removes outdated provisions concerning previous stroke center designations and updates definitions in the Act, including adding a new definition for "stroke certification"
