Amends the Illinois Property Tax Code (35 ILCS 200/18-50) to allow taxing districts to file budget and appropriation ordinances electronically with the county clerk, in addition to paper submissions

Requires county clerks to accept electronic filings and provide a receipt to the taxing district as acknowledgment

Maintains existing 30-day deadline for taxing districts to file certified copies of appropriation and budget ordinances after adoption

Preserves county clerk authority to refuse tax levy extensions if required documents are not filed, after providing timely notice to the taxing district

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
