Amends the Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act to establish a 60-day deadline for the DCFS Director to issue final decisions on expedited appeals to amend or remove indicated reports from the State Central Register

Requires the Director to receive and either accept, reject, amend, or return the Administrative Law Judge's recommendation to the Administrative Hearings Unit within the same 60-day period

The 60-day timeline may only be extended by action of the appellant themselves

Applies to any expedited appeal initiated or pending on or after the effective date of the amendment

Clarifies that the Director's decision constitutes the final administrative decision of the Department
