Creates the Illinois Pediatric Cancer Fund as a special fund in the State Treasury to provide grants for pediatric cancer research, prevention, and treatment

Eligible grant recipients include physicians, hospitals, laboratories, educational institutions, and other organizations conducting pediatric cancer research

Fund revenue may come from General Assembly appropriations and donations; unspent portions remain in the Fund and do not revert to other state funds

Limits promotional and educational distributions to State-based childhood cancer organizations to no more than 5% of Fund moneys

Requires the Department of Healthcare and Family Services to submit annual reports to the General Assembly beginning August 31, 2027, detailing Fund administration and expenditures
