Prohibits Illinois from opting into, participating in, implementing, or administering any federal voucher or education savings account program established under the federal "One Big Beautiful Bill Act" (H.R. 1, 119th Congress)

Bars the use of executive orders, rules, intergovernmental agreements, or administrative actions to authorize participation in prohibited federal voucher programs

Applies to any successor federal law requiring state participation that provides public funds or tax benefits for private K-12 education

Preserves the state's ability to receive federal funds for public education programs that do not subsidize private schools

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
