Requires warning labels on non-externally vented natural gas appliances manufactured on or after January 1, 2027 before they can be sold in Illinois

Warning must state that gas appliances release nitrogen dioxide and carbon monoxide at levels exceeding EPA outdoor air quality standards, may exacerbate respiratory illness or cause asthma (especially in children), and should never be used without a ducted vent hood

Labels must be placed in a conspicuous location with type size no smaller than the largest type used for other consumer information on the product

Grants the Attorney General authority to adopt additional rules for label placement and formatting

Violations constitute an unlawful practice under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act
