Creates an Illinois income tax credit for beekeepers equal to 100% of liability insurance premiums paid, up to a maximum of $1,000 per taxable year, effective January 1, 2027

Qualifies beekeeping operations on properties between 5 and 20 acres that maintain 6 to 12 active beehives

Requires taxpayers to apply to the Department of Agriculture for a certificate of credit to claim the tax benefit

Caps total credits awarded by the Department of Agriculture at $1,000,000 per calendar year across all recipients

Allows unused credits to be carried forward and applied to tax liability for up to 5 subsequent taxable years
