Amends Illinois Criminal Code to make it unlawful to knowingly video record, livestream, or photograph another person inside a State courthouse or courtroom without consent or judicial authorization

Unauthorized recording or photographing of a person in a courthouse is a Class 4 felony, elevated to a Class 3 felony if the victim is a crime victim or witness present in court in that capacity

Placing a device capable of recording video, transmitting live video, or taking photographs in a courthouse without consent or judicial authorization is a Class A misdemeanor

Defines "courthouse" to include any local, county, or State facility where court proceedings are held and court functions occur

Expands existing unauthorized video recording laws to include photography in other protected locations such as restrooms, locker rooms, residences, and hotel bedrooms
