Appropriates $100.7 million from the General Revenue Fund for the Office of the Attorney General's operational expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2027.

Allocates $11 million for Violent Crime Victims Assistance Act awards and grants, plus an additional $6 million from the Violent Crime Victims Assistance Fund.

Provides $7 million for the Child Support Enforcement Division and $5 million for organized retail crime enforcement grants.

Designates $6.4 million total for the Illinois Equal Justice Foundation through multiple funding sources, including $1.6 million from the Cannabis Expungement Fund.

Appropriates funds from various specialized sources including $2.5 million from the Attorney General Tobacco Fund, $7 million from the Whistleblower Reward and Protection Fund, and $11 million from federal grants.
