Appropriates $2.23 billion total for the Illinois Department on Aging for fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027), comprising $1.999 billion from General Funds, $13.7 million from Other State Funds, and $213.1 million from Federal Funds.

Allocates $1.75 billion for Community Care Program services, including $750.5 million from General Revenue and $1 billion from the Commitment to Human Services Fund for home and community-based care for seniors.

Provides $63.3 million for the Home Delivered Meals Program and additional funding for congregate meals ($35 million), home delivered meals under Title III C-2 ($45 million), and other senior nutrition services.

Funds Adult Protective Services at $29.7 million and the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program at $10.5 million to protect aging client rights.

Supports senior employment programs, caregiver support services ($5.3 million), the National Family Caregiver Support Program ($13 million), and grants to Area Agencies on Aging ($17.6 million).
