Appropriates $628,796,205 total for the Illinois Department of Natural Resources for fiscal year 2027 (beginning July 1, 2026), comprising $97,945,800 from General Funds, $479,723,783 from Other State Funds, and $51,126,622 from Federal Funds.

Allocates $23,262,900 for General Office operations, including $13,145,300 for the General Office itself, $4,425,000 for revolving fund bills, and $2,000,000 for special projects.

Provides $14,552,600 for the Office of Realty and Capital Planning, including $10,000,000 for state facility repairs and maintenance, $1,325,100 for the Open Space Lands Acquisition and Development (OSLAD) Program, and $1,254,600 for preservation services.

Funds $17,378,700 for the Office of Strategic Services, including $6,000,000 for Point of Sale Systems and $2,000,000 for watercraft titling.

Appropriates $3,475,000 for the Sparta World Shooting and Recreation Complex, with $1,650,000 each from the State Parks Fund and Wildlife and Fish Fund.
