Dedicates $5,000,000 from the Hate Crimes and Bias Incident Prevention and Response Fund for grants and administrative expenses to address hate crimes and bias incidents

Provides $4,794,800 in Federal Funds from the Special Projects Division Fund for departmental operations

Continues funding of $1,402,560 for a grant to the Simon Wiesenthal Center's Midwest Region Office in Chicago to operate a mobile museum bus for tolerance
