Allocates $33,093,400 from the Insurance Producer Administration Fund for producer administration, including $13.86 million for personal services and $6.02 million for state employee retirement contributions

Provides $45,383,600 from the Insurance Financial Regulation Fund, including $1.2 million for the Workers' Compensation Fraud Unit Information Technology System

Appropriates $72,345,000 from the Illinois Health Benefits Exchange Fund for implementation of the Illinois Health Benefits Exchange

Includes funding for specialized programs: $4.11 million for the Prescription Drug Affordability Act, $3.2 million for the Workers' Compensation Commission Anti-Fraud Program, and $2 million for parity compliance advocacy and consumer education
